Because each Outpatient Nation item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

Provide clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost or a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it rather than exchange it.
